Kuwait Logistics Support Base
DMC was instrumental in providing the groundwork and initial guidance to develop an stand-alone logistics center in Kuwait.  initially designed to support US and Coalition forces in the region the center met all applicable security standards while still providing a hospitable and frankly enjoyable environment to work in.  Warehousing space, convoy marshalling area, distribution (cross docking) hubs, office space, living and recreation areas, as well as all required infrastructure were accounted for.

China-Iraq Automobile Distribution System
DMC assisted a Chinese automobile manufacturer and their Kuwaiti agent develop an end to end supply chain to produce, ship to, distribute about, and eventually sell within Iraq.  We established a baseline for the local market identifying established retailers and the expectations of the local consumers.  We also worked with Chinese, Kuwaiti, and Iraqi governmental offices to develop a plan for the proper export and import of the vehicles.  DMC designed the hub and spoke distribution model to move the vehicles throughout Iraq and finally we identified and helped vet the local retailers.

"TBC’s relationship with DMC came full circle, from the company’s initial project-based involvement, encompassing full responsibility for all operational requirements in the Middle East, and ultimately seeing the hand-over of that responsibility back to us. Dignow's consultants worked with us as a true partner at every point in the relationship, providing valuable and valued consultancy. Most positively, this was wholly objective and based on what was right for us as an organization rather than what may have been right for them on a financial or commercial basis. "
